Like many things in life painting is a journey. I do not start paintings with any pre-planned ideas. Instead I use a spontaneous process that results in a mosaic-like patterns or a collage of images. The main theme of my artworks is inward contemplation and thought. Most of the images in my paintings are dreamlike representations of thoughts and ideas. In most of my artworks there are characters that are calm and content despite the complex worlds around them. My artwork is also like a recording of thoughts and ideas that come to me when I'm painting.

I started making digital paintings in 2006.  Since I still have a few oil paintings to finish, I am only working on a small number of digital paintings at this time.  The Concept Art section is only for quick sketches and ideas and should not be considered full works of art.  I also know a bit of Flash and have a game in the Flash section.  It is not totally done, but it's playable.  There is also a short slide show that I created that lets you see the changes that take place in some of my paintings as they go from start to finish.

In the New Paintings Gallery, I have placed the finished paintings at the top and unfinished at the bottom.  I am still working on many of my new paintings.

The majority of my older works are finished and can be found in the Old Gallery.  These paintings are done in acrylic and are much more abstract than my recent works.
